Budgam: The tall claims of government regarding restoration of electricity have fallen void after authorities failed to restore electricity in majority of the areas in central Kashmir’s Budgam.

PDD officials itself admitted that the villages falling in areas of Beerwah, Arizal, Khag, Chrar-e- Shareef, Nagam, Khansahib and Branwar are without electricity from last 36 hours.

People have pressed their demands to Power Development Department (PDD) authorities to restore electricity. However at many places locals were seen assisting PDD employees in restoration of electricity.
