Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Wednesday said that India os responsible for the militancy in Kashmir, saying that the atrocities on youth are pushing them to pick up the arms.

Addressing media persons at Hurriyat’s Rajbagh headquarters, Mirwaiz said the ironfist policy adopted by India is pushing youth to pick up arms.
He was replying to query about India, claiming pak backed terrorism and talks can’t go together.
