Dheeraj Gupta posted Principal Secy H&UDD, Sampheal gets additional charge of Admin Secy Floriculture

Srinagar: Dheeraj Gupta (IAS) Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department on the retirement on superannuation of K.B. Agarwal (IAS), Financial Commissioner, Housing and Urban Development Department on 31.01.2019 (A.N.).
The 1993-J&K cadre IAS officer, Gupta has been also asked to hold the charge of Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, till further orders.
Also, as per a separate order issued here, Rigzian Sampheal (IAS; UP:2003), Commissioner Secretary to the Government, Tourism Department, has been asked to hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Department of Floriculture, Parks and Gardens on the retirement on superannuation of Mohammad Javed Khan (IAS), on 31.01.2019 (A.N.), in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
