Srinagar: The traffic authorities on Wednesday said that decision regarding movement of traffic or otherwise on Srinagar-Jammu highway, the only surface link connecting Kashmir with outside world, shall be taken tomorrow after assessing the weather/road condition.
“As per advisory issued by meteorological department, there may be chances of heavy snowfall and rain in J&K may lead to disruption on highway,” said traffic official in a statement issued here.
“Therefore decision regarding the vehicular movement on Jammu Srinagar highway shall be taken tomorrow on 31.01.2019 after assessing the weather/road condition,” it added.
