Srinagar: Attempting military solutions to “political problems will lead to nothing but graveyards on this side and graveyards on that side”, Shah Faesal, the sole Kashmiri civil service exam topper who quit Indian Administrative Service last month to protest the unabated killings.
“Attempting military solutions to political problems will lead to nothing but graveyards on this side and graveyards on that side,” he said on facebook post. “Today, on the 25th anniversary of Kupwara Massacre, my solidarities are with the people of Kashmir and their sacrifices,” he said, adding, “Time for resolution is now.”
