Ganderbal: All Jammu and Kashmir Non Gazetted Forest Officers Association of Sindh Forest division Ganderbal in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal District today protested against the authorities for failing to fulfill their service demands including removal of pay anomaly, release of risk allowance, DPC and two and a half day extra salary.

All J&K non- Gazetted Forest Officers Vice President Mohammad Shafi alleged biased approach of state government towards officers working in Forest department wing.

“The officers are enjoying their promotion and postings but the non gazetted employee are ignored and deprived of their legal service benefits. The government should resolve our long pending demands or face a prolonged agitation,” Shafi said.

Protesters appealed Governor, Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary Forest department to intervene so that they will have a sigh of relief.
