Officials said that the train service has been suspended in the valley today as tracks are under one to two feet of snow and it was still snowing. Therefore, they said, no train will chug on Badgam-Srinagar-Anantnag-Qazigund in south Kashmir with Banihal in Jammu region for the second day today.

Train service will be resumed only after the weather improves and snow on the tracks is cleared, they said.
