Pulwama: Militants on Tuesday evening fired upon a special police officer (SPO) in Pulwama area of South Kashmir.
Identified as Sameer Ahmad Mir of Hajin-payeen area of Rajpora in Pulwama, the SPO was seriously injured in the attack, the sources said. He was immediately shifted to PHC Rajpora, they said. further details are awaited.
