Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Monday has ordered for ‘compulsory retirement’ of Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat, presently posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Kargil, and the judicial officer was on Monday attached with Jammu wing of the court.
“Consequent upon the recommendations of the High Court for compulsory retirement of Sanjeev Kumar Bhagat presently posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kargil, the officer is hereby attached to the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu wing with immediate effect,” reads an order issued by the court’s Registrar General Sanjay Dhar.
