Pulwama: Four militants were killed as their gunfight with government forces in Rajpora area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district ended on Saturday.
A police official said that the gunfight broke out after the army’s 44 RR, 182 and 183 battalion CRPF and police launched a search and cordon operation in Hajin Payeen village of the area following “credible inputs” about the presence of militants. Our militants were killed during the course of the gunfight, the official added.
Reportedly that slain militants belong to Jaish-e-Muhammad but their identity was not official established so far.
