Shopian: A female cricketer from Shopian village, Jasiya has been selected for upcoming women challenger trophy 2019, slated in Andra pradesh.
There are three teams which announced by Board of Cricket Control in India,  India Reds, India Blue and India Green.
Jasiya 28, hails from Braripora village of south kashmir’s Shopian district.
DDC Shopian Owais ahmad DC hailed and lauded her for participating for India Reds and is first time any women cricketer has achieved this goal.
Jasiya presently is playing for Punjab Cricket Association.
