Pulwama. Shutdown is being observed in Pulwama district for the fifth straight day against the killings that took place in the district on Saturday.
Seven civilians and three militants were killed in the Sirnoo area of the district. One Army man died in the gunfight between killed militants and government forces. 
All the shops, and other commercial establishments are closed in the district while public transport is also off the roads.
Meanwhile, people from different areas of South Kashmir continued to visit the house of slain civilians to pay homage and condolences with the bereaved families.
Pertinently, internet services are also suspended in South Kashmir from last five days.
