Srinagar: An army soldier was killed in alleged Pakistan army firing along LoC in Machil area of Kupwara in northern Kashmir.

An army spokesperson said that an army personnel who was injured in the firing has succumbed to injuries.

“Pakistan violated the ceasefire at around 10:45 am today,” he said, adding that the Indian troops retaliated strongly to the violations.
