Kashmir traders body holds protest against ‘human rights’ violations

Traders fraternity too hit streets demanding fair trail and justice for Asifa and condemned the civilian killings in south Kashmir as well.

Srinagar: The Kashmir Traders and Manufactures Federation Wednesday held a protest demonstration in Srinagar against the “human rights violations” in the Valley.

Scores of members of the trade body assembled in press enclave and raised slogans “human rights violations” in Kashmir.

Reports said that police detained some of the traders who were leading the protest.

The Joint Resistance Leadership has urged people to observe human rights week starting from December 3. The leadership asked people to hold candlelight vigil.
