Anantnag: Empowering persons with disabilities and ensuring inclusiveness and equality world Disability day observed by ADP Anantnag disability persons in Town hall Anantnag.

On the occasion ADDC Anantnag Reyaz Ahmad sofi was the chief guest and also other District officials were also participate the occasion include Sub Judge secretary DLSA Mrs Rafia Khaki, DSWO Anantnag Dr Farhat, MC Anantnag Chairman Mr Hilal, and others.

While speaker on in the occasion ADDC Anantnag Reyaz Ahmad said that ramps are being built in various important places besides the matter of reservation for disabled persons in buses is also being taken up with the concerned authorities.

Added that Govt had taken more initiatives for the welfare and rehabilitation of physically challenged people so that they can also lead a dignified life. They have equal right to live and progress in the society and this can be possible with the support of all sections. He added.
