Polling starts on dull note in Baramulla, 1% recorded in first hour

Baramulla: The polling for the second of the nine phased election to Panchayats started on a dull note on Tuesday with 1.06% voting recorded in Baramulla district of north Kashmir.
According to officials, 118 out of total 11128 votes were cast. Seven Sarpanch constituencies are going to voting. There is no panch constituency with seats won unopposed.
