Gunmen abduct man in Shopian

Unknown gunmen abduct man in Unsoo village Sopore

Shopian: Unknown gunmen, suspected to be militants,  abducted a man from Shopian late on Thursday evening. Reports said that the gunmen abducted Nadeem Manzoor from his home at Safanagri village in the south Kashmir district. Some gunshots were later heard near Niklora village in Pulwama district following which police and government forces launched massive searches.  Police suspected that the gunmen might have killed the man. A police officer however said that “nothing can be confirmed as yet.”
