A ceiling on the 2nd floor of Chief Medical Office in Mini Secretrait Bandipora collapsed here on Wednesday. CMO Bandipora was present in her office, luckily escaped unhurt.

Reports said that, Chief Medical officer Dr Bilkes and NHM Employee Mehreen were present in her office, when part of a ceiling collapsed, which crashed on to a table and the floor.

The building where CMO office is installed is few years old and despite that it has developed cracks raising eyebrows over construction material used in the building.

An employee said that both the officers were working at the office when the incident took place.
