2 IAS among 15 officers shifted

Govt shifts 6 KAS officers, gives additional charge to other

Srinagar: Two IAS were among 15 officers were transferred by the governor’s administration in the interest of administration.
According to an order issued here Prasanna Ramaswamy (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction. He has been asked to also hold the additional
charge of Special Officer in the Cell for Monitoring Flagship Programmes and Mega Projects, till
further orders.
Doifode Sagar Dattatray (IAS), Special Officer in the Cell for Monitoring Flagship Programmes and Mega Projects, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Reasi.
Vinod Sharma, awaiting orders of adjustment, is posted as Director General, Stationery and
Office Supplies, J&K.
Yash Pal Suman, KAS, Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K, is transferred and
posted as Director, Employment, J&K.
Ghulam Rasool Mir, KAS, Director, Employment, J&K, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department.
Mohammad Rafi, KAS, Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K, under orders of transfer as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Watershed Management Programme, relieving Mr. Sudershan Kumar, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj of the additional charge of the post.
Indejeet, KAS, Managing Director, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation, is transferred and posted as Director, Handicrafts, J&K.
Shiv Kumar Gupta, KAS, Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Administration & Enforcement), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Medical Supplies Corporation.
Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad, KAS, Director, Handicrafts, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Tribal Affairs, J&K.
Moses Kunzang, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Leh, against an available vacancy. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, till further orders.
Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, State Taxes (Administration & Enforcement), Jammu.
Farooq Ahmad Baba, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Baramulla, relieving Mr. Ashiq Hussain Lily, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sopore of the additional charge of the post.
Sajid Yehaya Naqash, KAS, Joint Director Information (Hqr) in the Directorate of Information, J&K, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Handicraffs, Kashmir, against an available vacancy. Mr. Naresh Kumar, KAS, Joint Director, Information, Jammu shall hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Director Information (Hqr) in the Directorate of Information, J&K, till further orders.
Ghulam Nabi Bhat, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pattan, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department. Mr. Samir Ahmad Jan, Deputy District Election officer, Baramulla, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Pattan, till further orders.
Surinder Paul Sharrna, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department.
