Srinagar: The Kashmir Meteorological Department has said that the Valley will witness a fresh spell of widespread precipitation, rain and snowfall, in the coming week.

A MeT official said that there is every possibility of scattered to fairly widespread rain/snowfall in Valley from November 12 to 14. He added that advisory for 3 days from November 12 to 14 has already been sent to the administration.
