Light to moderate rain, snowfall in Kashmir in next 24 hrs: Weatherman

Srinagar: Predicting dip in temperature Meteorological Department on Thursday predicted light to moderate rain and snowfall in Kashmir in next 24 hours.

According to weatherman light to moderate rain, thundershowers and snow is predicted for next 24 hours at widespread places in Kashmir region and fairly widespread places in Jammu region as well as at scattered places in Ladakh region.

“For subsequent two days fairly widespread light to moderate rain, thurdershowers and snow is expected,” an official said.

“Local forecast of Srinagar for 02.11.2018 is light rain and snow with maximum & minimum temperatures around 15°C & 06°C respectively,” an official said.

For Jammu weatherman predicted partly cloudy sky to light rain and thundershowers.

“Maximum & Minimum temperatures will be around 26°C & 170C respectively,” he added.

“Forecast of leh for tomorrow is light snowfall with maximum & minimum temperatures around 08˚C & -03°C respectively,” he said.
