Sringar: Junaid Azim Matoo, who was formerly associated with National Conference has been declared winner from Rawalpora ward of Srinagar on Saturday.

According to officials Matoo has won the Rawalpora ward elections.

Matoo was formerly associated with NC and left the party after they decided to boycott the ULP polls citing Article 35 A issue being discussed in Supreme court of India.
