Jammu: The leaders and representatives of Shri Amarnath Yatra Welfare Society (SAYWS) led by its National General Secretary Raju Chandel has asked NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to call a special session of Parliament and pass a resolution for the “construction” of Ram Mandir at Ayodhaya.
Addressing a presser at Press Club, Chandel said construction of the temple at Ayodhaya is the long pending demands of the “people of the nation including saints.”
“Our organization’s J&K Incharge Choudhary Basir Ahmed Jangal has already send few bricks from Srinagar by depicting ‘Ram’ on it to Shri Nand Maharaj Ram Mandir Committee Ayodhaya who is one of the senior member of this committee,” he said, adding, “We have thousands of saints and intellectuals, including people from Muslim, Sikh, and Christian community are with us and have already extended their full support in constructing the Ram Mandir in Ayodhaya this year.”
He said BJP and Congress should clear their stand on the issue and “we are waiting for their stand and this is up to them to support the issue pertaining to formation of next Central Government in 2019.”
