Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik  Friday  spoke to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath over the Sharda University incident  were students from Valley were beaten up yesterday.

A Kashmiri student was beaten up after a fight broke out between groups of Indian and Afghanistan students at a private university in Greater Noida Thursday.

Officials claimed that at least  350 students, Indian and Afghans have been booked for rioting and related offences
