Kulgam:  Shutdown was observed for seventh consecutive day in Quimoh and other areas of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district demanding removal of recently established Army camp in Redwani area.

All Local business establishments and educational institutes continued to remain shut in the area, while Traffic remained off the roads in  Khudwani, Redwani, Ghat, Hawoora, Mishpora areas in particular.

Residents say that they will continue their protest till  Army camp is removed.

Earlier, residents of Redwani protested in Press Enclave Srinagar demanding Governor to order removal of the Army camp.
