Detainee escapes from Police custody in Sopore

Srinagar: A detainee gave police a slip and escaped from police custody in Sopore on Friday.

According to SSP Sopore Javaid Iqbal an Over Ground Worker of militants escaped from Police station Sopore on Friday.

He has been identified as Mehraj khan alias Maroof a resident of new colony sopore, and was arrested few days back in a naka laid by police.
