Srinagar: The governor’s administration on Wednesday ordered transfers and postings of ten KAS officers with immediate effect in the interest of administration.
According to an order issued here, Zahoor Ahmad Mir, KAS, Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, relieving Mr. Mohammad Qasim Wani, KAS, ADDC, Bandipora of the additional charge of the post.
Rifat Arif, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department, till further orders.
Dr. Mohammad Tanwir, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Mendhar, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Thanamandi.
Zaffar Shawl, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Budgam, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Deputy District Election Officer, Budgam, till further orders.
Vivek Puri, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Ramban, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Reasi.

Hamida Akhter, KAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Bandipora, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar (West).
