Taps go dry in Shangergund Sopore, block Sopore-Kupwara road

Sopore : Residents of Shakergund area of Sopore on Monday ablocked Sopore Kupwara road as they protested against PHE department for not  providing them regular portable water supply.

Scores of people including women  blocked Kupwara -Sopore raod at Shankergund to protest against water scarcity in the area.

“There is a proper water scheme in place still we are denied water supply,” residents said.
