Farooq, Omar condemn killing of 3 cops in Shopian

Srinagar: National Conference President Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Friday strongly condemned “brutal” killing of three policemen in Shopian district of south Kashmir.
Describing it as a cowardly attack, Farooq and Omar expressed their solidarity with the families of slain SPOs Firdous Ahmad Kuchay, Kulwant Singh and Nisar Ahmad. Both leaders prayed for peace to the departed souls.
Senior National Conference Leaders including NC General Secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Party Leaders and Legislators have also expressed profound grief and sorrow over the killing of three police personnel and prayed for peace to the departed souls, an official spokesman said.
