Army Commander meets Governor

Srinagar: Lt Gen. Ranbir Singh, Northern Army Commander, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at Raj Bhavan here on Friday.
Lt. General Singh briefed Governor about the present security situation in the State and about the yesterday’s anti-terrorist operation held at Jhajjar Kotli.
Governor and Lt. General discussed certain important issues relating to effective internal security management in the wake of the fresh infiltration along the IB, an official spokesman said.
