Two residential houses were gutted in a fire incident in Ganderbal district of Central Kashmir on Thursday.

According to reports two residential houses gutted in fire incident at Surfraw Gund area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday.

According to reports that fire broke out the residential house of Ab. Rehman Khatana at Gujar Pati Surfraw Gund and also engulfed the nearby residential house of Shabir Ahmad Khatana son of Abdul Aziz Khatana resulting in damage of both Houses.

Fire was brought under control by fire tenders, locals and police.

SHO Gund Syed Arif said that two houses gutted in fire incident at Surfraw Gund.
He also said that the cause of fire yet to be ascertained.
