Hajin encounter: Militants body recovered, search operations continue

Srinagar: The body of second militant has been  recovered from the encounter site in Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, where  a fresh gunfight broke out between militants and goverment forces.

Police said that the operation is still underway and they have recovered killed militants body.

Gunfight started with the militants hiding in a residential house which is far from the place where earlier encounter had raged in Parra Mohalla Hajin.

Pertinently, one militant was killed earlier and one managed to escape in an injured condition.

Till this report was filed intermittent firing was going on.
