Srinagar: Kashmir Economic Alliance headed by Muhammad Yasin Khan took out a protest rally from Ganta Ghar, clock tower, to Press Enclave here  against the attempts to revoke Article 35-A.

Scores of members from KEA assembled near  Clock tower and marched towards Srinagar’s Press Enclave amid slogans in favour of Article 35-A.

Khan told reporters that they will fight for the protection of State subject law with their blood and also extended support to strike call by Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.

They said that nobody will be allowed to fringe with Article 35-A, saying that people are ready to offer any sacrifice to safeguard the law.
