Srinagar: A policeman was shot at and critically injured by unknown gunmen, suspected to be militants, at Louswani area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Sources said that the policeman, Mohammad Yaqoob, was fired upon from point blank range near his residence at Louswani area, critically injuring him. He was immediately removed to district hospital, sources said.
