Kupwara: A non local vendor was caught on Tuesday and handed over to police by people at Drugmulla here accusing him of trying to abduct a minor girl.
“I was doing household work, my three year old daughter was playing outside, suddenly she shouted for help, as I went outside I saw a non local trying to tie hands of my daughter,” Shaheena mother of the victim said.
The non local was later detained by police and investigation has been launched in the case.
