Man shot dead by unknown gunmen in Muran Pulwama

Pulwama : Unknown gunman shot dead a man in Banpora Murran village of Pulwama district in south Kashmir last night, officials said on Monday.

Reports said that gunshots were heard in Murran Village around 10pm on Sunday and a bullet-riddled body was found early today morning.

The body has been identified as that of Gulzar Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Gani Bhat of Banpora Muran Pulwama.

Sources said that Gulzar was running a Medical Clinic in Bijbehara Anantnag. He returned from home yesterday at 4:00 p.m.
