Pampore: Jammu & Kashmir Cements Employees Association staged a protest demonstration in Pampore on Wednesday demanding that their pending salaries and other funds should be released.
The protest demonstration was held inside the JK Cement factory in Khrew area of Pampore.
They said that their two months salary has not been released besides CP funds were not updated since more than three years.
“Unfortunately two months salary of employees has not been released which is the matter of serious concern. The employees are already taking salary less by 36% DA, which is injustice for all as most of them are of low cadre and are not able to meet their requirements,” Wajahat Ahmad, president J&K Cements Employees association said.
