Jammu: One person was shot dead in Bhatindi here after he tried to barge in the residence of Former chief minister Farooq Abdullah.

According to initial reports, sources claimed thata Person travelling in a car tried to break security barricade towards the NC President Farooq Abdullah Residence in Bhatandhi Jammu.

“Forces deployed for security fired upon him resulting in death of the person,” he said, adding identity is being ascertained.
