Shopian: On youth has died in Shopian after being hit by a bullet in clashes with government forces in Ganakpora area of the district.

According to sources the boy identified as Bilal Ahmad Khan s.o Ali Mohammad Khan was hit by a bullet and was evacuated to district hospital Shopian.

“He succumbed to his injuries,” an official confided.

The deceased is a resident of Kralchakh area of the district.
