Srinagar: The governor administration on Thursday ordered that no officer or official shall be deputed or nominated to visit outside the Country for training programme or visits without the prior approval of the Competent Authority after submission of proposal to the General Administration Department. “Vide Circular Nos 22-GAD of 2006 dated 30.08.2006 and 21-GAD of 2007 dated 06.06.2007, detailed instructions regarding visit of Administrative Secretaries and below to places outside the State/Country have been issued.
