According to Ravinder Raina, J&K BJP chief: “Syama Prasad Mukherjee balidan divas is celebrated on 23 June every year, but this year a big rally will be organised & party president Amit Shah will also address the rally on June 23.”

Referring to former chief minister Omar Abdullah’s tweet that BJP will do horse trading to get the required number of seats to form government in the state which he said post former Deputy CM’s comment that ‘we are upto something’, Ravinder said that those who say that horse trading is being done, ‘are the ones who actually do it. We have no motive to do any kind of horse-trading in J&K”.
