Dir info among 2 KAS officers shifted, 2 others given additional charge

Govt transfers 2 IAS, 7 KAS officers

Srinagar: The state government on Monday ordered transfer of two KAS officers including Director Information J&K, while two other officers were given additional charge.
According to separate orders, Munir-ul-Islam (KAS), Director, Information, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Tariq Ahmad Zargar (KAS), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Director, Information, J&K, vice Mr. Munir-ul-Islam.
Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad (KAS), Director General, Youth Services and Sports, J&K, has been asked to hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, till further orders.
Asif Hamid Khan (KAS), Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, has been asked to look after the work of Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, till further orders.
