After militant IED attack army retaliates by assaulting, thrashing, ransacking Sugan village

 Shopian: In a second of its type incident after Nehama, Army Monday went Berserk ransacking  almost twenty houses and damaged property in sugan village of shopian in south kashmir after it was attacked by militants who exploded and IED injuring three troops.
Locals alleged  that troops barged into the houses and ransacked the property of civilians in the area and almost  20 houses were damaged.
“They also barged in the house of Hizb commamnder zenatul islam and ransacked property,”  said locals.
Another locals said that who ever came in Army’s way was thrashed and assaulted by RR 44 Army in village.
Earlier ,IED Blast occurred in same area in morning which resulted in injuries of Army officer among 3 soldiers and they were shifted to hospital where they are stable.
Sugan is native village of hizb commander zenatul islam.
Earlier in Nehama village of Shopian, locals had accused army of ransacking property, damaging vehicles after an explosion was heard near the army installation there.
Locals had later observed shutdown and have been demanding removal of Army camp from the vicinity. They say the camp USB’s security threat to them.
