Srinagar: The state government on Monday relieved Basharat Saleem (IAS), Member J&K Special Tribunal (Jammu), to join as Director of Census Operations (DCO) Director of Citizen Registration (DCR), Jammu and Kashmir. A government order in with regard to the 2001, K&K batch IAS officer, was issued in pursuance of a communication (No.6/18/2016-EO(MM-I) on April 18 of the Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India.
