According to police On 30-09-2017, Police Station Achabal received a written application from one person namely Habibullah Teli Son of Gh. Rasool Teli resident of Uttresso to the effect that while withdrawing cash from ATM at Shangas (Achabal), one unknown person in the garb of assisting in withdrawal of cash, fraudulently exchanged his ATM card with the card of complainant and thereafter withdrew an amount of Rs.36000 from his account etc.
“On this information a case FIR no.134/17 under section 420 RPC was registered in Police Station Achabal and investigation was set into the motion.
During the course of investigation, the CCTV footages of the ATM were obtained and it was observed that the cheater is well versed with the locations and angles of CCtV cameras and has tactically consealed his face with the help of cap. He has hardly allowed his face to be covered by the Security Cameras,” said police.

According to police The minute observation of the video and series of frames suggested a particular pattern. Frames from video and photographs were further investigated and suspects were rounded up.

“This lead/clue was further developed and identification was conducted. Finally one Imran Ahmad Sheik Son of Gh.Nabi Sheikh Resident of Hardu -Schen Dialgam was identified and arrested in the instant case,” claimed police.
It is pertinent to mention here that the said ‘cheater has thuged/looted lot of common people fraudulently during the past few years who is impersonating and posturing himself as ATM guard in the different ATM cabins.
