Srinagar: Among the three militants killed Saturday in an anti militancy operation in Chttabal Srinagar one of the slain is identified as a Fayaz Ahmad Hamaal.

Police identified one of the slain as Fayaz Ahmad, a resident of Fateh kadal of shehr e khas Srinagar.

Three militants were killed in the gunfight between militants and government forces while one civilian was crushed to death by a Jammu and kashmir police at noorbagh area of Srinagar.

Police earlier denied of civilian death, identified as Adil Ahmad, of loosing life due to police action but later after video surfaced showing how the police bunker vehicle killed him deliberately, they retracted and initiated inquiry.
