Sriangar: Multiple funeral prayers were held for the civilian crushed to death by police vehicle on Saturday at Noorbagh.

According to eye witnesses thousands of people participated in the funeral prayers of Adil Ahmad Yadoo of Noorbagh Srinagar. He was crushed to death by Jammu and Kashmir police vehicle.

“Three rounds of funeral prayers were held for Adil and he was laid to rest in Mazar e shuhada Eidgah,” eye witnesses said.

They said that Abid was brought in procession from Noorbagh to Eidgah were funeral prayers were held before burying him  at Martyrs graveyard.
