Clashes erupted in Tral after Friday prayers

Tral : Soon after the Friday prayers, youth took to the streets and started pelting stones on the security forces, in uptown area of Tral in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Eye witnessed told INS that clashes between the protestors and security forces erupted after prayers, when some youth assembled near CRPF camp at uptown area, near ADC office, and start stone pelting on forces there.

During the clashes, ‘one CRPF personnel got injured’ after hit by a stone, who were shifted to SDH Tral for treatment.

Meanwhile, complete shutdown is being observed in Tral for fourth consecutive day today against the killing of four JeM militants in Lam-Gutengoo Tral encounter on Tuesday.
