Protests erupt in Sopre degree college, students clashes with police

Sopore:  Minor clashes broke out between students and government forces at Sopore town in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday morning.

Eyewitness informed INS  that students of Government Boys Degree College Sopore hurled rocks on already deployed forces outside the college. Forces resorted to rocks  to disperse the protesting students.
Meanwhile after the minor clashes, authorities at GDC Sopore decided to suspend the class work for the day.
Situatiin remained peacefull overall.
It is pertinent to mention that The class work at Government degree college Sopore was resumed after a gap of 09 days.  However class work at Government Boye Higher Secondary school Sopore are suspended since last 8 days
