Anantnag: An RTI has revealed that from thirty years an employee, road gaurd,in government services while he never qualifed his 8th standard exams the certificate he had produced has been proven fake.
The matter came to fore after an applicant filed application vide No CEO/A/IMW/15727-28/17. Dated 24/08/2017 revealed that the 8thstandard certificate issued in favor of Mehrajudin Dar s/o Mohd Abdullah Dar was fake.
official documents in posession of this correspondent regarding the case in which the applicant also filled an RTI application against the Executive Engineer R&B Division vailoo vide Reference No 737 dated 2-6-2016 and 28-04-2016 regarding the issuance of qualification certificates of an employee namely Mehrajudin Dar submitted by him for the purpose of service and promotion. But designated office fails to provide the information and delayed consumed the time day by day.
After that the applicant filled application to the CEO chief education officer Anantnag regarding the status of education certificates of said employee, the said official conducted the physical verification of education records and it has been found that the said employee Vide No CEO/A/IMW/15727-28/17. Dated 24/08/2017 has fake certificates.
Documents revealed that the Mehrajudin has appointed at R&B Division shopian in year 1986 as Road Guard and has transferred to vailoo in 1994 and was promoted as supervisor.

Dated 24/08/2017, submitted to the office of the designated officer for necessary action and qualification but the concerned officials in department covering the fraud and fake qualification appointment of employee. The said person has submitted fake certificates to his concerned department and on basis of those very certificates he has got promotion and deceived the government and high qualified persons, the applicant revealed in the documents.
Executive Engineer R&B Division vailoo has approached Mughal Road division to seek accused persons original documents because his first appointment is in that division in 1986.
“subsequently show cause notice has been issued to him and he has failed to reply,” executive engineer R&B division Voiloo Bsharat Jaleel, said
“The case is under investigation I am going to approach higher authorities in this matter may be either he will be placed under suspension or the case will be referred to some investigation agencies, ADDC Anantnag Reyaz Ahmad said that I personally called to the concern R&B division official to send the file of the case in my department I got it yesterday and we start to investigation it.
